Globalization, changing demographics and a desire for increased diversity mean corporate cultures are becoming less homogeneous which increases the likelihood of variations in business values and ethics. The article sets out to explore whether international graduate business students, in particular Asian nationals and their US counterparts, share similar attitudes with regard to business codes of ethics and ethics values. The author believes that if similarities and differences could be identified, universities and businesses would be better equipped to address ethics in their operations.

This article choice investigates the relationship between corporate social responsibility and the economic performance of corporations, examining and testing the theories that suggest a relationship between the two. The results supported the conclusion that past, concurrent and subsequent economic performances are related to both CSR performance and disclosure although the relationships were weak and lacked an overall consistency.
